My Story

It all began In Peru.

As a Peruvian professional Chef who worked in hotels and restaurants my passion for food was sparked at a young age when I would cook with my mother in my hometown of Lima. This early experience instilled in me a deep appreciation for the complex flavors and textures of Peruvian cuisine, and inspired me to pursue a career in the culinary arts. I attended culinary school in Peru and then moved to Costa Rica, where I gained valuable experience working in a kitchen at a beach resort.

I found an opportunity in the United States to continue my culinary journey. I worked in a number of prestigious hotels and restaurants, including The Mansion of Savannah and Friedman's of NYC, before opening my own Peruvian-inspired catering and private Chef service. Clients have thanked me for my innovative and professional approach to traditional Peruvian dishes fused with international cuisine and techniques. Through cooking, I am committed to showcasing the vibrant and diverse flavors of the world and providing a unique experience for your next gathering.
